My favourite time singing this song was travelling back from Lancaster. I had been at the Sea festival with the "Shanty Crew" a group I was singing with. "Steve Belsey" didn't like the motorways so we came down through the Lancashire countryside. I found myself passing through the village of "Rossendale" saw the derelict mills on either side of the road with the owner's names still on them and just had to sing this one.
